I’ve always been fascinated by people, their characteristics and the effects these can have on their lived experiences.

It’s what led me to pursue my Master’s in Gender Studies and my PhD in Psychology.

I’m now in a position to genuinely affect change and do meaningful work that I love. I don’t take this for granted, and I love every day that I get to help businesses be more aware and successful.

Credentials and experience

You’re in safe hands. I’ve spent over 8 years working with trusted consultancies including Challenge Consultancy, EW Group, The Diversity Trust, MA Consultancy, and Advance HE facilitating and problem-solving for companies big and small.

When it comes to delicate matters, or full-blown perceived disasters, I’m the one that gets sent in to unpick the people problems. I’m confident in navigating tricky scenarios – I actually enjoy it! I love being able to work through a problematic situation.

What could be more interesting than understanding why people have the opinions or behaviours they do?

It certainly doesn’t faze me, and I’ll do my best work when I’m thrown in to help a business like yours find a solution or progress more positively.

Leadership assessments

After completing my PhD, I soon launched myself into becoming a certified Hogan Practitioner

Leaders have a lot of responsibilities on their shoulders, and can stumble through a lack of self-awareness. Most of us will have experience both a good leader and a bad one – it’s not always easy to identify what makes someone successful at leadership. It’s also incredibly difficult to be introspective and identify these things in ourselves.

That’s what drew me to becoming certified in delivering these assessments. Having undergone one myself, I can attest to their insight.

My results showed that I love learning in a traditional way (which explained my enthusiasm for my own feedback session) and have exacting standards for work (which explains my life choices!). I also learned that I need to shout more about my accomplishments, which is why this page exists!

What it’s like working with me

While the type of work I do can initially seem daunting or intimidating (not everyone likes knowing what they’re doing wrong), I’ll also make sure we have a good time doing it. Happily, I’m known for striking up a rapport with my clients – I absolutely love working with them and once I know you, I won’t forget you!

I’m not here to upset anyone, tell anyone off, or waste anyone’s time. What I will do is deliver you insights, uncover issues and strengths, and help you on your path to growth.

“ I had the pleasure to personally meet Dr Lateesha and work through the deliverables for the LGBTQ+ Audit. She was very professional and delivered informative and engaging training, We have all been very impressed with how smooth and efficient the process has been, so much so that we have decided to invite her and the team to collaborate with us next year and be a part of our EDI committee to provide further expertise and support. I couldn’t recommend working with Lateesha more, and any company looking into assessing and improving their EDI profile would be lucky to have her on board”
